All ICAE Store products are made to order. Once you place an order, your item is sent to production, quality checked, packed and shipped.

Production Time
Most items are produced within a few business days before shipping.

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the product, destination and carrier availability. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Multiple Shipments
Some items may arrive separately, especially if your order includes different product types such as apparel, mugs, water bottles or hats.

Wrong Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
